Huerta Los Caños Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Produced from organic farming on the Los Caños estate. The 1,200 trees of the Picual variety are located at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level, with a significant distance between the olive trees. Cultivation focused on sustainability and biodiversity enhancement.
Harvesting takes place at the end of October, at an early ripening stage, using the traditional manual method of beating and collecting the olives, followed by cold extraction at 20°C.
