Smooth and clean entry on the palate, balanced and very pleasant bitterness and spiciness with a complex mouth aroma.

Cornezuelo de Jaén

Fruity, intense green color, with great complexity and cleanliness featuring green grass and fruity tones, and secondary aromas reminiscent of lemon tree leaf. The flavor is very elegant and complex with a clean and pleasant entry on the palate.

Very light bitterness, chili pepper spiciness that appears later. Complex, exuberant, and surprising.

Coupage de Jaén

This elegant blend of local varieties is complex on the nose, with tones of green apple, present in all three varieties, as well as green banana, olive leaf, and the peculiar astringency of artichoke balanced with the elegance of exotic floral nuances. Harmonic and exuberant, surprising.

Royal

Intense fruity flavor, green olive color, due to early harvest. Very complex on the nose, with an intense aroma of white flowers, grass, banana peel, and a slight scent of green apple. Complex, intense, and broad.

Clean and fluid entry, though intense, exuberant with floral nuances. In the late stages, bitterness and a very pleasant slight spiciness stand out with a light persistence. Harmonic, balanced, and very atypical.
