Desert Gold 1/10

Desert Gold 1/10 It is an extra virgin olive oil from very early harvest (early October), which requires 10 kg of olives per liter, hence its name. It is a fresh, seasonal product, ideal for consumption raw only.

It is produced in the Tabernas Desert, which, paradoxically, contributes to its quality. A system of controlled irrigation It "stresses" the olive tree to thicken the oil. Furthermore, the desert's dryness prevents pests like the olive fly, which are devastating in other areas.

This double climatic advantage, controlling development and pests, allows for predictable production and has made this oil one of the most awarded in the world.
