It is produced exclusively through procedures cold mechanicswith a minimal acidity (less than 1%) and free of additives.
To keep this product fresh and prevent oxidation, it must be protected from the light, heat, and oxygenIt is advisable to store it in a cool, dark place, consume it within a couple of weeks of opening, and avoid large formats or oils exposed to light on shelves.
