Soler Romero Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Soler Romero, from Jaén, produces EVOO in an ideal environment of ecological agriculture At an altitude of 600 meters, with large temperature fluctuations that prevent pests. Its olive mill in the center of the olive grove guarantees milling in less than three hours, preventing oxidation and preserving antioxidants.
Its special edition of first day of campaign (Picual variety) captures the most authentic flavors of slightly underripe olives. It is a very high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Verdeintensely fruity, with an aftertaste bitter and spicy.
Although the yield is lower, the oil is concentrated and full-bodied, ideal for dressings. It is certified organic by the EU, USA, Japan, and China, and its limited production sells out quickly.
