Dominus Early Harvest EVOO
Dominus Early Harvest is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of singular and exclusive quality, the result of decades of experience from the Montabes Vañó family. The selection and harvesting of the fruits constitutes its main differentiating element.
This process takes place in mid-October when the olives are in an initial state of ripeness. As a result, we obtain an organoleptic profile of great intensity and freshness, as well as a high content of vitamins and natural antioxidants.
To achieve this, the milling of the olives is carried out at a temperature below 21ºC, which provides the oil with potency and complexity of aromas.
Tasting Profile
Oil with green herbaceous nuances that evoke a healthy fruit in full exaltation of its youth. Likewise, the intensity of its fruitiness on the nose is complex and harmonious with deep almond touches.
With a smooth entry on the palate, its elegance manifests the harmony between its aroma and flavor. Finally, after tasting, the palate is left with a deep sensation of freshness with slight touches of green almond and raw nuts.
