This is evident in each of the valleys and mountains that shape its karstic terrain. This particular layout greatly complicates the harvesting process, which has to be carried out manually and mechanically.
However, the oil obtained carries a personality so exclusive that it is hardly replicable elsewhere. Therefore, our family is committed to the knowledge and dissemination of olive culture from the grove.
Specifically, tasting is essential to differentiate the different types of oils that the consumer finds in the market. Through this activity guided by an expert taster, anyone interested can learn about the entire production process, recognize varieties, and identify qualities.

The Mill
Family business located in the heart of Andalusia, the world’s center of olive oil and table olive production. Additionally, with a clear export focus on its organic production, supported by excellent superior organic quality of its EVOOs. There are already four generations of farmers caring for their more than centennial olive grove within a Natural Park.
