LivesOlives, a centuries-old olive grove of the Hojiblanca variety, is located within the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park. It is, in fact, a unique ecosystem, defined by its immense ecological and scenic richness.

This is evident in each of the valleys and mountains that shape its karst terrain. In particular, this topography makes harvesting extremely difficult, forcing it to be carried out manually and mechanically.

However, the resulting oil possesses such a unique character that it is difficult to replicate elsewhere. For this reason, our family is committed to understanding and promoting olive oil culture, starting from the olive grove itself.

Specifically, tasting is essential for differentiating the various types of olive oils available on the market. Through this activity, guided by an expert taster, anyone interested can learn about the entire production process, recognize different varieties, and identify quality levels.
