Morellana Picuda
The aroma of Morellana Picuda oil is an intense fruitiness of green and fresh olive, with great complexity and harmony. It has fruity notes of apple and banana, with green almond standing out for its intensity.
Its entry on the palate is very sweet, characteristic of the Picuda variety, with an almond taste in the front. Green banana, apple, and tomato plant are also evident, with almost imperceptible bitterness and a light final spiciness.
This oil is ideal for arugula salads, oven-roasted artichokes, and grilled meats (for a spicy flavor).
Morellana Hojiblanca
Its aroma is an intense fruitiness of green olive, with great complexity and harmony, with herbaceous notes. Green banana and almond stand out for their intensity. Its entry on the palate is sweet, with olive leaf detected in the front part.
In the back part, there is medium bitterness and artichoke with a final intense, balanced, and very persistent spiciness. These are characteristic attributes of the Hojiblanca variety. It is a very versatile oil that can be used on fish, chicken, all vegetables, and mature cheeses.
Morellana Picual
