Organic Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, harvested in the month of October, when the olives are completely green, extracted at low temperature in order to preserve intense aromas and flavors that remind us of the fruit.
This is an organic EVOO of great complexity, with a green fruity flavor that reminds us of tomato, tomato plants, grass, apple, and almond. On the palate, it is initially sweet, with a warm bitterness and spiciness, balanced, flavorful, clean, and elegant.
Pairs well with fish and seafood, grilled vegetables, and fresh salads, and we recommend always consuming it raw.
