Balsamic vinegar Oro del Desierto

With an elegant tin label, is an organically produced balsamic wine vinegar. We add acetic bacteria for the transformation of alcohol into acetic acid and we mix it with concentrated organic grape must. In addition, we let it macerate for 18 months in barrels, to achieve a more concentrated aroma and flavor.

Oro del Desierto Balsamic Vinegar

Vinegar is composed of acetic acid and water, which is why it is often thought that its consumption is unhealthy. It is even incorrectly stated that acetic acid attacks the stomach and intestinal mucosa. Indeed, if you drink several liters of vinegar a day, it will have a negative effect on your health.

Apple cider vinegar, for example, in addition to vitamins, provides trace elements, minerals, fiber and various enzymes. Wine vinegar is also very healthy, providing vitamins, minerals and proteins.

We must avoid low prices, since these are vinegars with excessive levels of acetic acid. Even wine vinegar is not recommended when it exceeds 3% acetic acid, as it can contribute to the formation of different ulcers.

How to buy vinegar

To buy healthy vinegar we must look for the brands of organic production, which guarantees that the harmful components have been removed. Also, opt for naturally cloudy-looking vinegars, preferably apple cider vinegar. In this way, in addition to the acetic acid, digestive and disinfectant, it will contain all the vitamins, minerals and trace elements of the apples.

Also avoid pasteurized vinegars, because heating them (= pasteurizing) loses important ingredients.
