With a typical fruitiness of the environment, next to the Tabernas Desert. We enjoy a special microclimate, the Mediterranean, surrounded by protected natural spaces. It is also the region with the most hours of sunshine per year in Europe!
Early harvest, which gives us a long fruity aftertaste, very pleasant and fresh. On the nose, it shows its personality with a fruity medium-ripe olive, notes of freshly cut grass, chlorophyll, artichoke and banana.

Ideal in raw or grilled vegetable salads, gazpachos, salmorejos and all kinds of vegan dishes
It also fits perfectly with baked, cooked or smoked fish, red or white meat, ham and carpaccios
Enhances the flavors in cheeses of any type, particularly those with a strong flavor

Our farm is located next to the Tabernas Desert. With more than 100,000 olive trees and 500 hectares of olive groves, we are one of the largest producers of EVOO in Spain and internationally.
Gourmet extra virgin olive oil, with only 0.1 degree of natural acidity, 100% integral production and own commercialization, in our oil mill.

For fans of historical tourism we recommend visiting the Castle of Tabernas. Arriving at the town of Tabernas, you can see this Arab castle, remains of the Mudejar culture.
You can see a wall that was the facade of the castle and half a tower. The best of all, are the views, really magnificent, and thanks to the spotlights on the ground, at night it is something spectacular!
