Conde de Mirasol olive oil
Conde de Mirasol Extra Virgin, fruity hojiblanca olive, intense green, fragrant, with a predominance of herbaceous field descriptors. Its entry is sweet, with the bitter and spicy being well balanced. In the aftertaste the green almond and artichoke are perceived. The whole set is very harmonious and fragrant.

For this reason also, we must avoid large formats, unless you are a large family or a community. Also, don’t buy oils from the shelves, since they have been mercilessly exposed for hours and days to the light of the store.
