Organic Fruit Branca olive oil

Premium Organic Monovarietal EVOO (a single variety) and a Monovarietal Blend (mixture of varieties). These oils have been annealed nationally and internationally in different competitions: New York, Japan, Israel, Germany, Spain. The possibilities of pairing each Fruit & Branca with vegetables, pasta, rice, fish, meat, desserts, etc., are very numerous. In fact, if you want to discover its possibilities, you can come and taste it with guided tours in our Calaceite mill. Organic Fruit Branca The Blend is extracted from monovarietals with a clear predominance of empeltre. It is a very aromatic oil with notes of tomato, green apple and artichoke, with a sweet almond finish and initial green leaf notes. We also extract the monovarietal Picual, from very early harvest, intense fruity, notes of green grass, floral aromas and tomato plant. This EVOO has a high chlorophyll content, and also provides a wonderful artichoke note, and a final touch of green walnut and almond. It is an Extra Virgin oil with a strong personality, which incorporates a spicy and bitter finish. Empeltre: high quality oil, with a fluid texture, yellow color, a smooth and fruity flavor, somewhat almond-shaped, with little bitterness and itching. Perfect in green salads and grilled white fish. Arbequina: Aroma of freshly cut grass with a medium fruity. Nut and almond aroma, with notes of fennel, tomato and artichoke, and hints of banana skin. On the palate it is a medium intensity Extra Virgin with a well integrated spicy finish and the slight bitterness of green olives. Harvesting is done in 2 passes (vibrator and manual). Subsequently, we proceed to cold grind within 6 hours of harvesting, with the Low Oxidative Impact TEM System. Finally, we store it in stainless steel tanks with Nitrogen in a heated cellar for its correct conservation. Our systems protect the Organic Fruit Branca oil against natural oxidation and the consequent loss of polyphenols, vitamins and antioxidants. Mas de Flandí, la Almazara Farm located in Calaceite (Comarca del Matarraña, Teruel). Small producers, with 40 hectares of olive groves of three types of olive oil: Empeltre, Picual and Arbequina (about 6,000 olive trees). The farm has its own mill which allows us to control the entire process, the field, the production, bottling and shipment to the client. The olive grove combines tillage and plant cover techniques and no chemical product is added either for the elimination of pests or for the compost, Ecological. These oils are of early harvest (October / November Extra Virgin juice with green notes, aromatically intense and with a well-integrated spicy and bitter touch. Fruit & Branca have a high level of polyphenols (natural antioxidants).
