Green Emerald Oil
Green Emerald is made from olives of the Picual variety, from Jaén. Actually, its characteristic green color is the result of a production process in which we take care of every last detail. Only by doing this, we can guarantee the optimal properties of the oil.
Green Emerald is characterized by its fruity flavor green grass, tomato, green almond, artichoke, and fig. On the palate it feels sweet, moderately bitter, and somewhat spicier, but all in a very balanced way.
