The oil mill
Family business located in Úbeda, 750 meters above sea level. One of the most emblematic places in the world in the production of olive oil. Our olives are carefully selected and ground at room temperature, in integrated production. The use of chemical substances is minimized, and the generation of waste is reduced.
To highlight the Gold Medal of the Flos Olei Guide (Marco Oreggia) which places it as the best fruity monovarietal EVOO in the world. As well as the Gold Medal at the London International Olive Oil Competition, or the Silver Mosque “Frutado Verde” at the Mezquita Córdoba awards.
Also important is the Gold Medal in New York of Pagos de Toral or the 25/50 position in the German Der Feinschmecker Guide. Not forgetting either the Domina IOOC Gold Medal in Italy.
