Alalma del Olivo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coupage of Picual and Hojiblanca olives. It is a very balanced oil, of medium intensity, slightly spicyness and bitterness, which pairs well with all dishes.

Pairs with salads and it enhances the flavor of the fish, with aromas of grass, tomato, apple and fresh fruit.

The Cornicabra variety, also certified by the Montes de Toledo DOP, is our native variety of the region.

With great strength, for intense oil lovers, with high spiciness and bitterness. Therefore, this oil variety is ideal for cooking due to its stability and pairs very well with grilled fish.
