Oil from Jaén, the farm has 200 ha. of olive groves, between the Sierra Mágina and Los Montes Orientales, Granada. Nestled on a plateau between 1020 m. and 1070 m., are unbeatable lands. At this point, they enjoy a continental Mediterranean climate, which favors quality in all their EVOOs.
Production is integrated (API), with agricultural systems to make the most of natural resources and ensuring their sustainability. Fruity, complex and intense, with green nuances, with olfactory notes of tomato and wild plants, artichoke and almond.
Delicate and smooth on the palate, medium bitter and intense spicy, complex and balanced. For this reason, it is an ideal oil in salads, Parmesan and cheeses.
