Knolive Extra Virgin, from our centenary olive groves located in the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park in Córdoba. It is an enclave that surrounds the highest peak in the province, La Tiñosa. Here the Picuda and Hojiblanca varieties are mainly cultivated, manual harvesting on sloping terrain.
Behind this EVOO we find the Yévenes family, dedicated to olive oil since 1858, and also owners of the Hispasur brand. The Coupage Epicure version has been awarded as the World’s Best Extra Virgin Oil 2017/2018 (WBOO).
Our oil has received more than 900 awards. In particular, 37 in consecutive years between 2001 and 2016 by the International Olive Council (IOC) stand out. Also awards in China, Japan, the United States, Canada, France, Italy, Israel and Argentina.

The aroma and flavor are reminiscent of tomato, bitter almond, ripe-green fruit and white pepper at the end. It is in fact ideal for grilled meats or cuttlefish on the charcoal grill.
