Coupage of Arbequina and Cornicabra, Extra Premium Virgin olive oil, 100% natural. Produced with the olive collected on the first day of harvest, awarded in numerous international competitions.

Ideal to use raw in fish, rice, meat, green salads and pasta. Very low maximum acidity: 0.1%, intense green color, very balanced blend, with a very mild bitterness and spiciness.


Oro San Carlos, the best selection of Arbequina and Cornicabra olives. In Majadas del Tiétar, Cáceres province, you can enjoy a unique microclimate. Making the oil with the first harvest, 15 days earlier than usual and with a very limited production. This is the only way to achieve the maximum level of fruity and an outstanding aroma.

Oro San Carlos has a very pleasant fruity and complex flavor at the same time. With notes of freshly cut grass and green almonds.

Fabrication process

Only by mechanical procedures, obtained directly from olives, without altering the oil, only by washing, decanting and centrifuging processes. Cold extracted, with a minimum acidity, less than 1% (less than 1 gram per 100 grams of free fatty acids).

Free of additives, it complies with the maximum European limits for pesticide residues. Stored in a clean, dry warehouse at a constant temperature, protected from the sun.
