Oil mill Alcaraz, ecological production
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are produced using Organic Farming, scrupulously respectful of the Environment.
In this way, we optimally use natural resources in the absence of chemical products and synthesis, both in the soil and in the oils.
- We replace chemical fertilizers with manure
- We replace pesticides and insecticides with natural barriers and ecological traps
- We supply herbicides by manual weeding
The olive is never picked from the ground and as a result, we obtain fruity olive oils, intense, pleasant on the palate, with a fragrance of green almonds and strong hints of grass, tomato and apple.
Once the oil is obtained, we store it in stainless steel tanks, thus maintaining all its flavour, aroma and composition.
As producers and marketers we carry out an exhaustive control and monitoring of the oil from its cultivation in the field to its packaging and sale, thus avoiding any manipulation by third parties .
The Andalusian Committee for Organic Farming (C.A.A.E.) verifies our control system through periodic foliar, soil, olive and oil analysis. In this way, the current technical regulations are guaranteed according to the European Union Regulation 2092 /91.
