Over 60 years of experience, Almazaras de la Subbética was created in July 2007. It comes from the merger of two cooperatives: SCA Virgen del Castillo and SCA Olivarera Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno.

Caring for the environment and actively collaborating with the most disadvantaged sectors of society are some of our actions.

Almazaras de la Subbética is located in the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park. In fact, it is a protected cultivation area declared of environmental interest.

Oil of Carcabuey

Our farmers have managed to overcome the obstacles of the rugged terrain of their plantations and the higher costs of tillage and harvesting.

With the modernization of farming techniques and the use of small, modern machinery, they have been able to adapt tradition and technology.

The olive tree is the seed of all our activity as an oil mill. That is why we believe that it is essential to take care of the process from the beginning. To do this, we use sustainable techniques that protect the biodiversity and rich landscape of the environment.

At Almazaras de la Subbética we feel a true connection with this Mediterranean tree, which year after year gives us its best fruits.

Rincón de la Subbética: It is born in the first days of the harvest, organic extra virgin of the hojiblanca variety, authentic masterpiece.

Parqueoliva Gold Series: Authentic jewel, one of the best olive fruits at the beginning of the campaign. Perfect combination of the picuda and hojiblanca variety.

Almaoliva Arbequino: Wonderful virgin extra, with the best essences of the Arbequina variety. Indeed, it is an oil with a defined personality, with nuances of aromas and surprising flavour.
