Extra Virgin Olive Oil production process

From harvest to packaging, the fundamental raw material of our extra virgin olive oil is Manzanilla Cacereña.

Our monovarietal EVOO comes exclusively from this native olive variety grown in the Sierra de Gata and Hurdes regions.

The Manzanilla Cacereña olive gives our extra virgin olives an excellent quality, differentiating them from other varieties.

It is harvested in its optimal state of maturation directly from the tree by “milking” (by hand), so that the olive does not suffer.

Oil Tourism

We offer the possibility of specialized tastings in hotels or fairs, and demonstrations of our EVOOs in haute cuisine.

In this way, our mill is a factory open to the public, bringing the EVOO closer to school groups, tourists, etc.
