Isbilya olive oil

We, the Martínez Marini brothers, are the owners of 40ha of olive groves in Aljarafe (Seville). It is a “land between two rivers” the Guadalquivir and the Guadiamar.

As ​​it is an elevation of the land, it receives the first oceanic winds that give it a special microclimate. Together with its red soils and rich in lime, it makes its oils of incomparable excellence.

Following in the footsteps of our ancestors, but applying the new technologies available to us, we continue with the deep olive-growing tradition prevailing in the region.

Our goal is to improve ourselves every day, taking care of our plantations to launch a unique and different product, Isbilya, an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.

Our mission is to present consumers with a product where they can follow its traceability from the fruit to the first drop they taste.

To do this, we exhaustively control each step that takes place in our olive groves, and we accompany our olives from the harvest to their final presentation.
