The origin of the olive grove that we know today in this southern area of ​​the Mediterranean. It was from the Phoenician era, century after century it was cultivated. Preserving itself thanks to the tenacity and sacrifice of farmers, who are and have been part of this great family around these olive trees in the Subbética Natural Park.

The regeneration of the vegetation cover and of the birds in the olive grove are an exceptional bioindicator of the state of conservation of our farms. The presence of owls, blue tits, serins, greenfinches and even the eagle owl, among others, give us a formidable idea of ​​the good state of our biodiversity.
