Molisur olive oil
Family business located in Alhaurin el Grande (Málaga) that was founded in 2003 with the purpose of serving the Guadalhorce Valley.
We are dedicated to the manufacture, packaging and sale of Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the most advanced technology. But without losing the traditional way of obtaining the oil.
Molisur, we currently have two production lines and we are qualified as an ecological mill.
Thanks to the environment where we are located, our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Organic Oil are characterized by their smell, color and sweet and fruity flavour. It is the result of the selection of olives from the entire Guadalhorce Valley.
We also offer the maquila service to individuals, giving them the opportunity to continue with the tradition of harvesting their olives and be able to consume their own oil.

Variety
We only sell Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Our oil, obtained by mechanical procedures and unfiltered, is the result of a mixture of hojiblanca olives and manzanilla aloreñas, among others. They are characterized by their opaque color, intense aroma and sweet and fruity flavor.
Our organic extra virgin olive oil is cold extracted and through a centrifugation process.
Oil tourism is a special way of traveling, based on the specific interest of visiting olive and oil-growing regions. In this way, the processes for obtaining extra virgin olive oil, the main backbone of our Mediterranean diet, are valued.
Oil tourism
In our facilities you will see the most advanced technology and a blood mill from 1910 in operation. It is a mill moved thanks to a body of pumps and a system of pulleys moved by leather belts.
By visiting any of them, the olive oil tourist can learn in detail about the complete production process.
You can also enjoy a sensory experience through an introductory workshop on extra virgin olive oil tasting.
