Oleo Almanzora Oils, between the Sea and the Mountain, in the fields of Pulpí, lands of Andalusia, this liquid gold is born, gilded by the Mediterranean Sun.
Oleo Almanzora is an Oleicola family company from Andalusia, of several generations where the values and knowledge of Extra Virgin Olive Oil have been transmitted from one to another.
The main activity is to transform the fruit of its select farms into Extra Virgin Olive Oil Premium or gourmet, a High Range Oil, making available to the consumer the authentic Olive juice of highest quality.
The olive grove
The company has four farms with more than 30,000 olive trees in production of the variety Arbequina in a super-intensive system, and 5,000 of the Koroneiki variety. Authentic olive juice, of the highest quality, a Premium olive juice.
The production process begins with the early harvesting of its olives in the month of October, by mechanical means that does not damage the fruit, to obtain the highest quality oil with just 0.1 degrees of acidity.
The speed of transport to grinding, together with the low mixing temperature, the hygiene control and quality protocol of the entire process, are the keys to our quality.
To maintain quality over time, storage is carried out in inerted stainless steel tanks in a cellar at a controlled temperature, and final packaging in dark glass, to best maintain the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Gourmet.
