Flavor d’Oro Olive Oil
We collect the olives (Picual) at the right time optimum maturation, for SABOR D’ORO Tradition and SABOR D’ORO by Pedro Yera Verde during the month October.
And in the case of SABOR D’ORO Selection of Oil mill in November and early December.
From the early harvest olive, approximately 50% less oil is obtained than when ripe, but an EVOO of extraordinary quality is obtained.
Only in this way is the color enhanced thanks to the high chlorophyll content of the olives in those months, as well as the aroma and organoleptic characteristics of these types of early oils.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil from centennial olive trees of the Vega del Guadalquivir in Jaén, within the natural setting of Laguna Grande and flanked by the Sierras de Segura, Mágina and Cazorla between Mancha Real and Jaén.
