Early harvest olives have an intense green color and contain a high concentration of chlorophyll and polyphenols, which is reflected in their aroma and flavor. They are oils from very early harvest, rich in aromas and complex flavors.
OMed, a young company with a long tradition, where for years we have combined our passion for extra virgin olive oil and work. Specifically, our oil mill is located in Acula (Granada).
There we control the entire production process from the collection of olives to bottling. It is, in fact, the only way to guarantee our final consumer the highest quality.
