Cooperativa La Unión offers extra virgin olive oils considered among the best in Córdoba, sourced from selected olives from the tree and harvested at the beginning of the season, around October, to obtain maximum freshness and fragrance, even though the amount of oil extracted is lower. It is thus a Intense green oil with golden highlightsa aroma Freshly cut grass and ripe fruit. And on the palate, its freshness, almond flavor and slight bitterness.
The unfiltered Umayyads
During the first months of the harvest, it is packaged FRESCO (murky, unfiltered) and without going through our warehouse storage facilities, directly into the bottle or jug, to achieve maximum freshness.
