It all started in a tapas bar in Córdoba, with my wife. The olive oil they served us impressed us so much that we couldn't stop looking for more. Its flavor, its texture, its intense aroma… it was pure olive juice.
That discovery sparked a passion that, in 2002, became Aceite del Campo: a project created to connect small and medium-sized producers with people looking for authentic, fresh, and high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
