DO Sierra de Segura

The DO Sierra de Segura oils are Extra Virgin (Virgen Extra), mostly made with the Picual variety. They have a color that varies from intense green to golden yellow. They possess a dense and sweet fruitiness, with complex notes of green grass, apple, and tomato. On the palate, they stand out for being smooth and very pleasant, with a slight bitterness and pungency (spiciness), resulting in a very balanced profile. Their high stability and antioxidant content are due to the cold climate of the mountains (sierra).
