Almazara Riojana

Almazara Riojana, under the Protected Designation of Origin of Oil of La Rioja, controls the entire production process to ensure the quality of its oil. Its brands, Oleus and Ecoleus (organic), primarily use the Arbequina variety. This oil is distinguished by its smoothness, with a light touch of almond and a fresh aroma of green apple and freshly cut grass. Despite its smoothness, it has a well-balanced medium bitterness and spiciness. The quality of Almazara Riojana has been recognized with first prizes in local competitions, and the mill offers guided tours for those interested in the production process.
