Almazara Riojana

Almazara Riojana, under the Protected Designation of Origin Aceite de La Rioja, controls the entire production process to ensure the quality of its oil. Its brands, Oleus and Ecoleus (organic), primarily use the Arbequina variety. This oil is distinguished by its smoothness, with a light almond note and a fresh aroma of green apple and freshly cut grass. Despite its smoothness, it has a well-balanced medium bitterness and spiciness. Almazara Riojana’s quality has been recognized with top prizes in local competitions, and the mill offers guided tours for those interested in the production process.
