The Aceite Ciudad de Jaén cooperative is dedicated to producing and selling high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Their commitment begins with the careful cultivation and harvesting of the olives. The resulting oil has a medium-high green fruitiness with notes of fresh grass, olive leaf, and tomato. The quality of their product has been recognized; in fact, their early harvest EVOO “Xave” was awarded a Silver Medal for its innovative design. The cooperative distributes its oil not only throughout Spain but also to other European countries.
