Hacienda Valdivieso olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil produced primarily from the Arbequina variety. This oil comes from olive groves located in the Guadalquivir Valley, in Lora del Río, Seville, where a family farms the oil.
It is characterized by its early harvest, with olives picked while still green between September and October. This gives it an intense green fruitiness and herbaceous and fruity notes. Its flavor profile features sweet aromas of green apple, banana, and green almond, along with hints of fresh artichoke and aromatic herbs. It presents a harmonious balance between slight bitterness and medium spiciness, making it versatile.
