La Oliva Roja

At La Oliva Roja Oil Mill, we produce top-quality, early-harvest EVOO of the Hojiblanca variety. Our century-old, dry-farmed olive trees are located in the Serranía de Ronda region of Málaga, near the Sierra de las Nieves. The oil is extracted solely by mechanical means. In addition to direct sales, we offer olive oil tourism and tasting courses. We have received awards such as the London IOOC Silver.
