Founded in the 1990s by the Gómez de Baeza family to maintain the tradition and purity of an original oil, the brand is committed to producing the finest organic EVOO. To meet demand, it uses a “Partner Payments” system that allows it to collaborate with other producers who meet its strict standards. Its process includes chemical-free cultivation on ancient olive trees and manual harvesting to ensure an acidity of less than 0.3.
