SCA Trujal de Mágina

The SCA Trujal de Mágina, in Cambil (Jaén), is a pioneer in the production of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil within the D.O. Sierra Mágina. Located in the Natural Park, it harvests its 55,000 olive trees (Picual variety) in early harvest (October), many at high altitude. Its oil mill performs cold extraction in an artisanal way, guaranteeing maximum quality and a high content of polyphenols.
