Soler Romero

Soler Romero olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil, often organic, from the world’s main producing region, Jaén. Made almost exclusively with the Picual variety from its own estate, it is distinguished by its intense fruitiness with notes of fresh grass, olive leaf, and green tomato. With a noticeable bitterness and spiciness, it is rich in polyphenols. Its quality is due to a process that minimizes the time between harvest and extraction (less than three hours) and to cold pressing. The result is a very stable and healthy oil, ideal for consumption both raw and for cooking.
