Los Omeya olive oil, produced by the La Unión mill in Baena (Córdoba), is a highly prestigious extra virgin olive oil protected by the Baena Designation of Origin. This oil has a complex, fruity profile, with notes reminiscent of green olives, apple, and subtle hints of fresh grass. On the palate, it stands out for its sweet and balanced entry, with a very light bitterness and spiciness that make it exceptionally pleasant and elegant, reflecting the harmony of the Picuda, Sevillenca, and Picual varieties characteristic of the region.
