Unfiltered, its color is opalescent yellowish-green. On the nose, it offers delicate notes of lemon peel, fresh grass, “ramallet” tomato, and artichokes, reminiscent of gazpacho. Green banana, apple, fresh almond, and pistachio also stand out.
In the mouth, it is silky, full, and fresh, with a flavor of fruits and vegetables. It presents a very slight spiciness that livens up the whole, without bitterness. It evokes a memory of the grains of rustic bread and the serene landscape of Mallorca.
