DO Sierra de Cazorla

The DO Sierra de Cazorla oils are Extra Virgin (Virgen Extra), highlighting the indigenous variety Royal and the Picual. The Royal is a high-value oil, with fresh fruitiness, a sweet aroma, and a very smooth flavor, with very slight bitterness and pungency (spiciness). The Picual is stronger, with notes of grass and fig tree, and moderate pungency and bitterness. Both have great stability due to their high Vitamin E content.
