Elogio Premium EVOO
Elogio Premium is a Picual extra virgin olive oil, from an early harvest, sourced from the mountain olive groves of Paraje de las Hoyas, Pozo Alcón.

How to Best Preserve Olive Oil?
Protect it from light, as direct light is one of the aspects that most affect the composition of extra virgin olive oil. Therefore, it is recommended to store oil containers in a dark place or with very low light.
Additionally, if we want to keep our oil in perfect condition, we must avoid placing it near any heat source. In fact, the ideal temperature to preserve the oil is between 18 and 22ºC. Above this temperature, it starts to degrade, and conversely, low temperatures affect it much less.
Lastly, filtered olive oil lasts 1 to 2 years, although if subjected to high temperatures or contact with air or light, the period is reduced by half.
