Aubocassa

Aubocassa is an old farmhouse from the 12th century, located in the east of the island of Mallorca, dedicated to the production of high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). The company produces two varieties: AUBOCASSA (100% Arbequina) and L’AMO (Arbequina and Picual). The philosophy is focused on excellence, using 8.5 kg of olives per liter of oil, almost double the necessary amount, to maximize quality and freshness. They combine tradition and modernity in a process without additives.
