Deortegas offers an impressive range of single-varietal olives: Arbequina, Picual, Cornicabra, Hojiblanca, and Frantoio, as well as a delicate blend. They harvest their olives early in October and cold-press them in less than six hours, ensuring a very low acidity (between 0.1% and 0.2%) and an unparalleled richness of nuances.

Each variety has its own character: Hojiblanca seduces with its sweetness and fresh grass aroma; Frantoio surprises with its citrus and tropical notes; and Picual impresses with its intensity and tomato notes.
