Olivapalacios olive oil is a high-quality extra virgin olive oil produced in its nearly 300-hectare olive grove in Almagro, Ciudad Real. Since 2009, the mill has combined advanced technology with sustainable practices to create an almost artisanal oil. The main varieties are Picual, Arbosana, and Arbequina. Cold extraction and mechanical methods help preserve its properties, resulting in an oil with an intense green fruitiness.
