In just 2 hours, the first batches of olives arrive at the mill. The first visual inspection is carried out to verify the condition of the fruit, ensuring it is healthy and in good appearance.
The olives are then separated from any impurities such as leaves and branches, before being stored in stainless steel hoppers for immediate processing.
