Oro de Cánava Olive Oil

Oro de Cánava olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil produced by an olive mill founded in 1976, which combines traditional harvesting and selection methods with strict quality control. This oil is certified by the Sierra Mágina Designation of Origin.

It is characterized by an intense fruity aroma of green olives, with a complexity of green notes reminiscent of mint, tomato, and banana peel. Riper notes of almond, fig, and apple are also appreciated. On the palate, it is clean and fragrant, with a harmonious balance between a slight bitterness and a rising spiciness. Its Early Harvest variety has been recognized with important awards, such as the “Premio Alimentos de España.” The quality of this oil is also attributed to the climatic conditions and water availability of the Sierra Mágina region, which have historically favored olive cultivation.
