Pago de Río Frío

Pago de Río Frío Olive Oil

Pago de Río Frío olive oil is a superior extra virgin olive oil produced in Monturque, Córdoba, in the Sierra de Lucena and Cabra mountains. This oil is made from olives of different varieties, such as Picual, Hojiblanca, and Arbequina, harvested in mid-October, at their peak ripeness, and always directly from the tree, without touching the ground.

The extraction process is cold, which preserves all its aromas, antioxidants, and natural properties. The oil is filtered and bottled only upon request, ensuring its freshness. Pago de Río Frío offers varied flavor profiles: Arbequina is sweet and smooth; Hojiblanca is slightly spicy and fruity; and Picual is more bitter and spicy. They also have a Premium Coupage that combines the best of all of them. Although the color may vary depending on the harvest, the quality is always the same.
