Pago de Río Frío EVOO

Superior extra virgin olive oil, Pago de Río Frío, from the mill located in Monturque, in the Lucena and Cabra mountains, a privileged location for our olive trees. Specifically, extracted from different types of olives, Picual, Hojiblanca, and Arbequina, the most common varieties in our lands.

Early Harvest

Harvested in mid-October, at the optimal moment of maturity and only from tree olives. Furthermore, the oil is cold-extracted to preserve all its aromas, antioxidants, and natural preservatives, and is bottled only on demand.
