Gran Alcuza Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Gran Alcuza Coupage, a blend of Gran Alcuza varieties, combines many of the notable characteristics of each. It is particularly known for its intense and fruity olive aroma and a balanced, intense flavor. Additionally, it has a slight spiciness and bitterness with sweet apple and almond nuances.
Gran Alcuza Arbosana has a mildly intense fruity aroma with a medium sweet-bitter flavor with spicy undertones. Ideal for pasta salads, vegetable dishes, and baking.
Gran Alcuza Picual offers an intense, bitter, and spicy flavor in the throat and aftertaste with herbaceous notes. It can be used for high-temperature cooking, frying, breading, and battering, thanks to the great stability provided by this variety. Also suitable for stews, pickled meats, cheeses, cured meats, and especially for enjoying raw with bread.
Gran Alcuza Arbequina is a smooth and light oil with a medium-intense fruity aroma and nutty undertones. It can be used in mayonnaise, aioli, vinaigrettes, marinated anchovies, marinated salmon, seafood carpaccio, gazpachos, salmorejos, and stir-fries. Very suitable for raw use and in baking, for pastry doughs.
The Mill
A collective of small olive oil producers of very high quality with bottling at the source, as opposed to the industrial production of large quantities. In this way, we can oversee every process, from caring for the fruit to delivering it to the customer. As a result, we take care of the product from the harvesting of the olives until it reaches your table, tending to the trees throughout the year.
